Privacy compliance across the European Operation

Bunzl are a focused and very successful specialist international distribution and services Group with operations across the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific and the UK & Ireland. They support businesses all over the world with a variety of products that are essential for their customers successful operation of their businesses.

Station10 and Bunzl have been working together for quite a time, and even longer with Bunzl’s Information Compliance Officer, Steve Long.

Steve and Nick Willis (Commercial Director at Station10) met up recently to discuss the recent Cookie Enhancement project we had delivered for the European Operation.

It was identified that the analytics in one business operation was not working effectively, and it was thought that the recent introduction of a privacy tool had caused the issues. Station10 quickly identified that the tool hadn’t created the issues, but it certainly had exposed them.

The Bunzl and Station10 quickly identified the business case for needing to fix this across the European operation and Station10 got to work. Listen to the video to find out more.
