How We Work: AI
The Business Benefits of Using AI
We live in the era of data and AI.
Check your phone newsfeed on any given day and you can expect to find a story about how AI is changing our work, our shopping, how we spend our leisure time and how we interact – in fact, almost every aspect of day-to-day life in the twenty-first century.
While AI has been at the core of companies like Amazon, Netflix and Google for many years, it is increasingly being utilised by organisations outside of big tech across a diverse range of sectors, from financial services and investment to government, media, retail, travel and hospitality.
At Station10, we’re levelling the playing field by giving SMEs access to the tools and techniques used by big tech and their larger competitors. If you have data, there’s a good chance that leveraging AI can help your organisation achieve better business outcomes.
Make the most of your business data
Irrespective of the size or the type of your organisation, the business benefits of investing in AI can include:
- Optimised ROI across marketing channels and campaigns
- Increased revenue
- More precise forecasting
- More strategic decision-making
- Improved customer experience
- A more personalised customer experience
- Reduced customer churn
At Station10, our team of highly skilled and experienced data experts have a proven track record on delivering results. We’ve worked with organisations such as British Airways, TUI, and the British Army to successfully deliver AI projects that have made a measurable difference to their bottom line, the depth of their customer insights and their customer experience journey.

How does the AI process work?
We use a four-stage in-house PERM framework to govern how we approach and complete AI projects:
1: Prototype: A rapid exploration of an idea to create a simple prototype, as well as learn enough about the solution and the business to scope the rest of the project.
2: Engineer: We develop the prototype into a formal and automated AI service. This tends to be the costliest phase as it includes elements of infrastructure, data pipelining and testing.
3: Release: This involves both the integration and technical deployment of the service.
4: Manage: Managing the AI service on a day-to-day basis including monitoring, model retraining, bug fixes and minor updates.
How do you price AI projects?
We price and manage each stage of an AI project separately, starting with the prototype to explore your requirements and determine feasibility.
Key Benefits:
- The conclusion of each stage is a natural checkpoint that allows you the opportunity to review and evaluate before approving further work.
- You have the freedom to perform certain stages in-house if you wish to.
- As there are never any guarantees with AI, a staged approach enables ‘failing fast’ on projects that are not possible, not feasible, too lengthy, or of limited value.
- Flexible commercial arrangements that allow us to be there for what you need, when you need it.
