We are looking for a Senior SIO Consultant to join our growing team, to play an important part in our fast-paced and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work across multiple clients and will be passionate about providing solutions to complex data challenges to generate business value for brands as well as a strong grasp of digital thinking. There will be a particular focus on collaborating with the core teams of the business to ensure our projects are strategically led and deliver value back to our clients. You will have a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in delivering results for multiple enterprises, playing a vital role in the growth and strategic direction of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help drive strategic and insight led projects to deliver real client value and impact
  • Collaborate, build and maintain relationships with peers in other internal departments,
    relevant agencies and appropriate-level clients.
  • Gather robust business requirements related to analytics
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to optimize reporting
    and analytics capabilities
  • Implement data analytics solutions via CDPs, tag management systems, and custom code
    as required
  • Continuously strive to strategically progress client projects (e.g. dashboards and data
    integrations) and proactively identify insight and optimisation opportunities with
    support from the wider teams.
  • Develop solid knowledge of clients businesses, their goals and objectives, their
    processes and their data: analytics, marketing, offline, customer. Undertake independent research to contribute to future projects and briefings – such as competitor reviews, best-in-class reviews, customer strategies via key tools.
  • Demonstrate an ability to identify the data, trends and insights and proactively identify opportunities in order to consistently extend and expand our business relationships.
  • Write and clearly present strategic approach decks for specific client briefs with support of the wider teams.
  • Support the business development process with inspiring proposals, by providing a strategic filter that builds better propositions and ideas, supporting pitches and client workshops and delivering presentations with strong strategic justifications for the work.
  • Mentoring more junior members of the team, encouraging team-wide diffusion of knowledge and being a source of technical best practices
  • Present and depict complex business strategies in simple, engaging, and easy to understand business terms to a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered to high quality standards and play an essential part in the smooth and successful course of the project – time tracking, budget management, deliverables to deadlines and within scope
  • Build strong relationships and trusted partnerships with client stakeholders, ensuring that Station10 successfully delivers operational solutions and client service excellence

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Passion for technology and learning new skills and technologies
  • Attention to detail / detail orientated
  • Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree
  • Be inquisitive. Tapped into culture. Curious about brands, digital and business
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a technical/strategic digitally focused environment
  • 2+ years experience in using analytics technologies such as Google Analytics or Adobe
    Analytics with experience delivering implementations.
  • Experience of uncovering insights that unlock solid strategic visions. And then being part
    of the process of translating this strategy into impactful outputs.
  • Experience working with and analysing large data sets (SQL or Python experience
    preferable).
  • Experience with data visualisation and data visualisation tools (Adobe Workspace, Google
    Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills as well as an attention to
    detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – exceptional relationship building skills both with direct
    team members and stakeholders; with an ability to be a story teller to a business
    audience in a succinct and accessible form
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present to a client’s
    technology/engineering teams, product managers, marketing and analytics teams.
  • Passion for uncovering insights that will lead to positive actionable business change,
    driving business value for both clients and Station10.
